Summary / Role Purpose

The HR Operations Intern will be a part of the HR Services organization; providing support to the overall success of Ansys' HR technology.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with core processes of the employee lifecycle and Ansys HRIS (ie. onboarding, employee changes, terminations, etc.)
• Interface with Ansys employees to assist with HR transactions and appropriately tracking and documenting inquiries within the Service Now HR Case Management System
• Inform updates of the HR Services knowledge management solution to ensure latest information is included and can be leveraged for building AI/ ML capabilities to enhancement employee experience
• Involvement with Image Now document management system to ensure up to date employee files
• Support as needed with updates to the HR Operations internal employee SharePoint site

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience

• Must be actively enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university program studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field
• Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Strong administrative, organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving and planning skills with the ability to plan, prioritize and execute various tasks and projects
• Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple priorities while still maintaining a high-level of quality and accuracy and meeting deadlines
