We are looking for a manager to join our HR Operations team. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in HR Operations role. We seek someone who excels in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

What work you will be responsible for:

  • Managing HR operations, this role will lead the design, delivery, and administration of our HR operational systems and processes.

  • Responsible for the input, implementation, and identification of problem areas for all HR transactions and service delivery processes and recommend solutions.

  • Supports HR Business Partners and drive the data for all HR related aspects.

  • Provide inputs to payroll team with a focus on process improvement, accuracy, and compliance.

  • Manage background verification process, external vendors including auditors.

  • Responsible for process improvement, including evaluating existing systems and procedures, providing recommendations for changes and improvements, and implementing changes.

  • Analyse data and develop presentations to communicate findings on various people related metrics, trends, and variances for monthly dashboards or any ad hoc requirements.

  • Maintaining MIS and data dashboards. 

  • Accountable for HR system data integrity, reporting, and management

  • Maintain and communicate internal HR policies; maintain personnel files and completion of employee-related legal documents.

  • Ensure data integrity by way of driving best practices through systems/tools, processes, auditing, and internal tracking.

Basic Qualification and Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience into HR operations.

  • Ability to remain confidential about crucial matters and handle sensitive and personal data about employees with rational judgment.

  • Capability to effectively collaborate and interact credibly with HR and business colleagues.

  • Strong analytical skills – hands-on/ pragmatic problem-solving

  • Technology proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Human Capital and HRMS platforms (preferably Workday)

  • Good decision making and organizational skills

  • Keenness to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment with changing circumstances.

  • Organized and detail oriented.

  • Good time-management skills 

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Fluent in English verbal and written communications

  • Clear, concise, and confident to interact with stakeholders at senior level.

  • Strong commitment and dedication to the position
