What you'll do
As an HR Operations Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the People & Communities team supporting WW. You will play a crucial role in ensuring effective HR processes, systems, and policies to support the organization's human resources needs. You will work closely with HR teams, leaders, and other stakeholders to streamline HR operations and drive efficiency
  • HR Process Management: Develop and implement HR processes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance, efficiency, and accuracy in areas such as employee onboarding, offboarding, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, leave management, and employee records management.
  • HR Systems: Work closely & collaborate with IT and HR teams to optimize HR systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity. Stay updated with emerging HR technologies and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Employee Data Management: Ensure accurate and confidential handling of employee data and other HR-related data. Ensure data privacy and security protocols in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate reports and provide insights to HR leaders and other stakeholders. Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making and improve HR processes and initiatives.
  • Compliance and Legal Requirements: Stay up to date with employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure HR operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with changing laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations Support: Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other HR teams to provide support in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR vendors, such as payroll providers, benefits administrators, background check providers, and HR consultants. Ensure effective communication, monitor service levels, and negotiate contracts to ensure the organization receives quality services at competitive prices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR operations. Streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and leverage technology to drive operational effectiveness and enhance the employee experience.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the HR operations team. Set performance goals, conduct regular feedback sessions, and facilitate professional development opportunities to foster a high-performing and engaged team.

Who you are
  • Several years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes & process mapping, systems, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR-related software.
  • Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive change.

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. Base Salary $120,000-$150,000 a year
