HR Operations Manager

Programmers Force is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team. As an HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR processes and functions, ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process
• Manage employee data and HR systems
• Coordinate benefits administration and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Handle employee relations and address employee inquiries and concerns
• Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers
• Oversee training and development initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations
• Ensure HR operations are in compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Identify areas for process improvement and streamline HR procedures

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Operations Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in HR software and systems
