THE POSITION
The HR Service Administrator will be responsible for:
• Submitting new relocation requests• Managing relationship with relocation vendor, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers during relocation process • Managing relocation invoicing for payment• Year-end processing and reporting for HR system data • HR data administration based on employee, manager and HR manager requests to ensure accurate and timely payroll and employee data administration• Providing high quality data to local and global data platforms for other important HR services: payroll, fleet management, LOA benefits, time entry, etc.• Providing customer service via phone, email and ticket management system to managers and employees in a variety of work locations

Job Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • High School Diploma or equivalent • 3+ years of professional experience• MS Office experience• Proficient in excel • Ability to think analytically• Highly level of Customer service and attention to detail• Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• SAP HR and SAP Employee Central experience• Experience within a HR Shared Services/operations environment
