Job Description

Alarm.com is looking for an exceptional HR Operations Associate to join the HR Operations Team. The ideal candidate will be well organized, have a high level of attention to detail, infectious energy, and someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves in a fast-paced growing environment.              

RESPONSIBILITIES

The HR Operations Associate’s primary job responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the on-boarding of new employees and contingent labor workforce, partnering with the training department, managers, HR team, payroll, and IT
  • Assist with the offboarding of current employees, partnering with the managers and HR team.
  • Act as a point of contact for our employee’s inquiries and provide a timely and exceptional experience on the company policies and general HR information.
  • Process data transactional information such as one-time payments, employee job information changes, and mass data change requests to standard operating procedures.
  • Partner with HR Business Partner(s); providing day to day administrative and transactional support.
  • Create and document standard operating procedures to be used by the entire HR team.
  • Assist with Benefits Open Enrollment as well as other annual HR processes.
  • Work closely with the other operation teams across the organization to ensure that we have the correct processes in place to be successful in a public company environment.
  • Assist the HR Operations Manager and HR Operations team with special projects as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field coupled with 6+ months of related HR experience (via internships or FT experience)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects; leverage strong time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with communicating across all corporate levels including interfacing with top execs (we are an open-door culture)
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • A very high degree of personal integrity and maturity including the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • MS Office skills
  • Workday experience a plus
