What you'll achieve

The HR Org Analyst team supports our respective business units by providing them with analytics and recommendations related to a variety of HR activities and projects. We partner with our Reporting and Dashboards team to provide input for corporate dashboards that provide business insight and drives action for our execs and HRBPS.

In this role you will be immersed in one of our HR Business Partner functions in order to understand the analytical needs of the Dell business it supports and translating that into actionable insights for Senior Leadership. As an Organizational Analyst, you will be responsible for providing direct support to Senior HR Executives as they support business leaders in making decisions as it pertains to Dell team members.

You will:

  • Deliver Analytical projects to answer the needs of HR and Business Leadership
  • Design/Deliver automated Dashboard solutions
  • Partner with other Analysts that support our HR COEs or other Business Partner functions to create efficiencies and scale across HR as it pertains to Human Capital Analytics
  • Work with your HR Leader to integrate business requirements into our suite of analytical tools

Essential Requirements

  • 10+ yrs. industry experience in a large complex global environment
  • Deep Analytical Mindset
  • Experience working with and presenting to Sr Executives
  • Strong Consulting and problem-solving skills
  • Staying current with evolving analytics technology and methods

Desirable Requirements

  • Tableau Dashboard Development
  • Workday HCM knowledge
