The HR PM role oversee and manages various payroll related projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. The HR Project Manager works with various stakeholders, including HR departments, and external vendors, to ensure project timelines, budgets, and objectives are met. Additionally, they monitor project progress, identify any roadblocks or issues, escalate risks to management and implement corrective action plans to address them.
Key Responsibilities & Skills• Experience in project managing payroll implementations globally.• Experience managing global payroll vendors: ADP, Alight, EY, etc• Plan, coordinate and execute payroll implementation projects including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues and dependencies. • Report on project progress and status. • Experience in working human resources with international footprint. • Experience in HR transformation, process changes and implementation. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across the organization. • Excellent communication skill, with the ability to communicate at all levels. • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects with competing priorities. • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. • Self-starter, strong drive and result oriented.
Desirable Experience• 8+ years of experience HR Project Manager for M&A'S and Divestitures• A formal qualification in project management
