HR People Manager -

Campus Ink operates DTC & B2B merch platform in the collegiate space under three different verticals and operates as a both a marketing agency and e-commerce solution for its clients. Campus Ink Sports (NIL)

We build licensed merch platforms for universities so their athletes can sell merch and profit of their name image and likeness. Each white labeled platform is unique in that it is completely branded to the store, with it's own community, brand and ecosystem.

Campus Ink Greek

We also manage the e-commerce brand of National Greek Headquarters. Similar to our sports division, each brand is independently run and operated with its own dedicated channels. Meanwhile, our student designer program trains students on campuses in design, sales & marketing, to support the athletes & sell to other organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Nurture a positive working environment

• Administer compensation and benefit plans
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Undertake tasks around performance management
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Requirements

• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Firm understanding of HR software
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
