Job Description

• Take care of personnel evaluation and development 

• Participate in face-to-face meetings and interviews 

• Ensure employee onboarding 

• Contribute to employee motivation efforts 

• Help with internal corporate cultural development activities 

• Assist with hiring, position transfers, rotations, and dismissals 

• Take part in the organization of company events 

• Support the company's staff database 

• Participate in the development of the company's HR policies 

• Actively participate in event-related projects, including working with corporate gifts 

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Human Resources Management experience (preferably in the IT industry) 

• Experience in conducting HR interviews 

• Full-cycle HR experience in adaptation, motivation, development, and retention of personnel 

• Experience in introducing, composing, and updating company policies 

• Upper-Intermediate level of English
