Job Description
HR Policy Development and Management:
-
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and align with organizational goals.
-
Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect legislative changes, industry best practices, and organizational needs.
-
Provide guidance and training to HR stakeholders, managers and employees on HR policies to ensure compliance and understanding.

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of policies, recommending improvements or changes where necessary.
Project Management for Strategic HR Initiatives:

Partner with the CPO to design and implement initiatives and ensure that HR projects and policies align with the organization’s goals.

Manage HR-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to meet deadlines and objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder buy-in.
Compliance and Risk Management:
-
Monitor changes in employment law and ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant.

Act as a point of contact for regulatory audits and compliance-related inquiries.

Identify potential risks related to HR policies or practices and propose mitigation strategies.

Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-
Proven experience in HR policy development and project management, preferably in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements.

Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
