HR Preboarding Specialist, Centralized Recruitment Team
UC Health is hiring for a Full Time HR Preboarding Specialist in the Centralized Recruitment Team Department.
The HR Pre-boarding Specialist is responsible for pre-boarding and workforce development efforts focused on assisting candidates through the pre-boarding and credentialing process for all disciplines who will embrace UC Health's mission and values. This role will function as a pre-boarding ambassador, focused on delivering an exceptional customer service to our employees during their pre-boarding phase of employment, as well as initiative-taking and timely communication to UC Health departments actively involved in the pre-boarding process.
