HR Program Coordinator
Job Description
As an HR Program Coordinator, you will provide support for our HR Business Partner (HRBP) & Talent Acquisition team and serve as an essential resource for employees across the company. Your responsibilities will include working with the Talent team to drive process improvements and projects, welcoming new employees to POLITICO.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with the HRBP & Talent Acquisition team to understand how we can best support various teams based on their priorities and talent needs
- Enter employee updates into UKG Pro and keep employee files up to date
- Coordinate and lead the onboarding process: guide new hires through orientation, answer questions regarding benefits and policies and ensure a smooth transition into the organization
- Manage Hello POLITICO onboarding program
- Assist HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Partners with workforce planning; track activities on open roles and anticipate structural changes
- Work with other Talent team members to coordinate and, in some cases, manage key projects that occur annually, including Employee Engagement Survey, Annual Performance Reviews, EOY Budgeting and Merit Process
- Work with Talent team members to analyze exit data
- Understand how you can best support the business based on priorities and talent needs
