POSITION PURPOSE:
The HR Program Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of various human resources programs and initiatives (e.g. DEI & Employee Engagement initiatives, Leadership Development Program). This role collaborates closely with HR and organizational leadership to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives and values to drive cultural change. As the HR Program Manager, you will help lead, support, and implement operational activities and initiatives related to our HR efforts.
This role is required to be in-office and may involve some travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Program/Project Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR programs that cater to the organization's needs.
- Leverage project management methodologies to provide ongoing status updates, track workstreams, and manage progress against deadlines.
- Create project plans and supporting documents, presentations, business updates, and end-user communications.
- Regularly review and improve existing HR programs to ensure they remain effective and relevant.
- Identify opportunities for integration of HR initiatives across multiple functions.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with HR, senior leadership, department heads, and employees to gain support for initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the execution of HR programs.
- Leverage change management methodologies to ensure successful adoption of new programs or changes to existing ones.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Ensure that third-party services align with the organization's standards and objectives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of each program and consistently track performance.
- Compile and analyze data across programs and prepare dashboards/reports with insights for leadership.
- Oversee and report on budget for HR programs.
Vendor & Partner Management
Metrics and Reporting:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related disciplines).
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive work experience in project/program management, with at least 3 years in HR supporting HR programs and initiatives
- 2+ years of experience leading DEI initiatives
- Superior organizational and project management skills, as demonstrated by an ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects to meet deadlines, achieve milestones, and deliver high quality results within budget.
- Solid problem-solving skills, and ability to focus both strategically and tactically to achieve project goals.
- Strong communication skills
- High degree of accuracy, diplomacy, and confidentiality
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use metrics to measure the impact of programs.
- Event planning experience required.

Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required.
At CIM, base pay is one part of the total compensation package. This role is eligible for bonus pay in addition to base salary. The anticipated base salary range for the position in Los Angeles is $120,000- $160,000.
