Job Responsibilities:

• Meeting scheduling and coordination
• Minutes / note taking / meeting follow ups.
• Maintaining project planning trackers
• Data analysis
• Coordination between HR Project Manager(s) and local HR experts
• Preparing / updating PowerPoint and Excel documents
• Other projects as assigned

Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Previous administrative experience
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communicator
• Comfortable working to deadlines

The US national hourly wage range for this position is from $18.00 to $36.00 per hour. The national range provided includes the hourly rate that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual hourly wage rate will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
