About role:
The HR Project Manager will play a crucial role in leading and executing strategic HR initiatives and projects within our organisation. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Your role will include but not limited to:
- Lead the planning, execution, and implementation of strategic HR projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate communication between project stakeholders.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Evaluate project outcomes and conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to HR.
- Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to ensure compliance and governance to AU & NZ legislation.
- Work in partnership with the HR BP, HR Operations, L&D, OD & TA teams to delivery seamless initiatives and effective operations across ANZ.
- Identify and drive the communication and sharing of best practices across to facilitate continuous improvement and alignment across ANZ.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and practices.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing HR projects from inception to successful completion.
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Change or Project Management certification is a plus.
