HR Recruiter (Resources to be Preferably in and around Chandigarh)

Work Timings: 6:30 pm – 3:30 am IST (Night shift)
Openings: 4
Salary: 12k to 15k + Incentives
Experience:  1.5-2 years
Updated Resume in Word format (Mandatory)
Requirements -
Must know HR domain and recruitment.
Ability to manage workload
Ability to complete the task within the time limit.
Good Knowledge of requirements (IT and NON-IT)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions
Owning a Laptop and a High-speed Broadband connection is a must.
Good communication skills (English).
Education- Degree in HR domain.
Responsibility—The candidate will have to post jobs, search for candidates, review resumes, negotiate with candidates, and finalize. 
We will start with the mentioned requirements and then add extra responsibility.
