What you will do:Â

As a Candidate Care Specialist, you are responsible for a throughout positive Candidate Experience within Stryker’s recruiting process.Â

Source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend external and/or internal candidates for all job levels, including entry level, experienced professional/technical, IT, support staff and hourly, and possibly management.Â

Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, including EEO statistics.Â

This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. In this role, you will hold high responsibility from day one.Â

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Â

You have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to take a proactive approach to work.Â

You are an excellent networker and relationship builder. You adapt easily to work with a variety of people in various roles and levels of management in a fast-paced organization.Â

You can make judgements based on practice and previous experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar field of work. Â

Minimum of 1 or more years of experience.Â
Strongly recommendedÂ

Prior experience in candidate scheduling and coordination.Â

Knowledge of MS Suite – Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint etc.Â
