About This Role:
The Human Resource Resolution Specialist will assist employees in the PCA Choice and 245D programs by resolving timesheet issues, managing pay rates and other payroll related support.
- Manage timesheet issues, including reviewing timesheets on hold and resolving paycheck issues.
- Enter and update payrate changes.
- Manage enhanced rate confirmation process.
- Enter and update direct deposit information.
About You:
- Two-year degree or one (1) year of experience in a human resources field.
- Understanding of Federal and State Employment Laws and Requirements such as DOL guidelines
- Exposure to home health or human services is a plus
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Human Resources Department and its essential functions
- Demonstrate creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Have effective communication techniques, and the ability to communicate challenging concepts both over the phone, and in electronic communication
- Ability to adapt to rapid change and work effectively in a fast pace environment
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools, and possess excellent documentation skills
- Must pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
- Have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation to use for work driving purposes.
About this role:
- Collaborate and provide resolutions over the phone and via email for Direct Support Professionals with concerns and/or grievances
- Document each grievance into internal database, follow up as needed
- Assist Direct Support Professionals with questions related to ADP services
- Process Direct Deposit Information and order WiselyPay cards for urgent payroll needs, and serve as a backup for HR team
- Process takeback requests from payroll and billing department as requested
- Maintain Accra Job Board requests and assist clients and employees with creating profiles
- Work closely with Human Resources Supervisors to provide support in other areas as needed
