Job Description

We are searching for a thorough and responsible HR Responsible (Front Office) to join our Hub,

• Support our international colleagues with handling different kind of HR transactional and organizational activities with the respective country specific legal requirement,
• Being the first contact responsible of HR related topics
• Handles and answers employee's questions concerning policies, benefits, vacation, wages and other inquiries
• Responsible to seek improved ways and methods to better serve customers, external and internal
• Helps support staffing process
• Supports change management initiatives of the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline is required
• Good command of English
• Ability to work independently with some regular guidance
• Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks and manage multiple and changing priorities
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
