Job Description
We are seeking a rockstar Human Resources Specialist who will run the daily Workday HCM Administrator functions of HR. The ideal candidate is broadly knowledgeable in the administration of onboarding, hiring, benefits, compensation, leaves/time-off, and reporting. Additionally this role will support other team members in the areas of absence, time tracking, benefits, performance, payroll, recruiting and Workday HCM core functions.Â

With Workday HCM as your working dashboard, perform tasks and approval workflows required to administer and execute human resource processes including but not limited to: employee data, compensation, benefits, and leaves/time-off; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, employee recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
Manage the new hire onboarding processes as part of new hire pre-start/start and orientation to include new hire email and system accesses, hiring into Workday, processing background checks and employee eligibility verifications to ensure a smooth transition into the company
Maintain worker data in Workday; manage and maintain Positions, Job Profiles, Job Families and Job Family Groups, job changes, promotions, supervisory organization creation and changes, moves, compensation changes, terminations
Partner withWorkday Analyst on ownership of Workday Request tickets related to employee data, enhancement requests, break/fix, creating custom reports, and other administrative tasks
Actively collaborate with People Operations team members, HR Business Partners, Recruiting team and business leadersMaintain all HR-related compliance with federal, state, local employment laws and regulations
Participate in bi-weekly payroll prep as neededÂ
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
Perform other duties as assigned
What Are We Looking For:
1-3 years of Human Resources experience in a fast paced environment preferred
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources preferred
Previous experience working in Workday HCM required
Experience working in the Workday Customer Center as a Named Support Contact, creating Workday cases, managing tenant access preferred
Working knowledge of or experience in the role of Workday Security Administrator and Business Process Administrator with additional experience in Report Building, EIBs, Custom Objects, Calculated Fields, Integrations, creating Dashboards and break/fix troubleshooting preferred
Advanced Compensation, Workday Help (chat bot), Management/ Executive Dashboards a plus
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in GSuite & Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO or fully Remote and includes competitive pay, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), 401k, and equity.
Base compensation range: $80,000 - $100,000. This compensation range is specific only to Colorado and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
