HR Specialist
Job Description
Creatunity LLC is a dynamic and rapidly growing marketing and e-commerce company. We are currently seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and ensuring that our HR processes and policies are followed effectively.
You will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance requirements, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening candidates, interviews, and offer process
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into the organization
- Assist with employee orientation and training programs
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR matters, including policies and procedures
- Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
