Description
The HR Systems Specialist will be an eclectic role that will have responsibility in Inari's Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and other HR operational functions not limited but including immigration and compliance. The HR Systems Specialist will have a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, excellent organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain employee records and HRIS data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Provide technical support and assistance to HR staff and end-users, including resolving system issues and answering inquiries.
- Draft and maintain HRIS documentation, including user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Helps guide employees through human resources procedures and answer questions about organization's policies
- Collaborate with HRBP, HR Generalists, and department managers to review and update existing job descriptions and matching job profiles
- Coordinate and provide support for U.S. immigration function
- Organizing and staying on top of individual PERM cases in order to ensure sticking to designated timelines
- Providing administrative support as needed for all U.S. immigration matters, including maintaining immigration files in accordance with audit and compliance standards
- Update and maintain immigration database, spreadsheets, and employee files to track immigration processes for foreign national employees
- Participates in HR compliance activities, including EEO reporting, AAP preparation, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Other projects/duties, as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with HRIS systems, preferably in a specialist role.
- Experience with Workday, strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including HRIS modules such as employee data management and reporting.
- Proficiency with HRIS software (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and remain agile in a challenging environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential data with a high degree of accuracy.
Inari Medical offers competitive health and wealth benefits for our employees. The base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. A range of factors, including location, skills, and experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.
