The HR Specialist ensures the smooth functioning of HR operations, accurate payroll management, and adherence to labor laws and regulations. They act as the local expert on all admin and legal HR topics within their scope.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process all HR operations linked to employees life-cycle.
- Be the local interface of HRBP and management on all core HR topics.
- Draft all HR related legal documents, including employment contracts and agreements.
- Support HRBP and management team to handle complex employee relations matters and investigations at the local level.
- Process and manage payroll for employees accurately and on time together with our external payroll partners.
- Calculate salaries, bonuses, and deductions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurances, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and enrollment.
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) for data management and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR administration.
- Previous experience in HR administration, payroll processing, or legal compliance roles.
- Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
