HR Specialist

As HR specialist you will provide support for 2 HR business partners in their daily operations which include amongst others recruitment, staffing, training & development, performance monitoring & employee counseling.
There are no direct supervisory responsibilities, and you will report to the HR BP Group Manager.Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities & the onboarding of interns and new employees

• Assist in workforce planning for both permanent & contingent workforce

• Assist in HR-related projects

• Maintain employee records & administration

• Act as a point of the contact for the employees and managers in the respective departments

• Follow up on reporting & metrics

• Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters

Your profile 

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Dutch)

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience

• Min 3 years working experience in multiple domains of soft HR, preferably in an international context
