Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team in Metro Manila. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring candidates to work night shifts following Eastern Time. The current office location in Mandaluyong is temporary, and the candidate should be flexible regarding potential future site relocations within Metro Manila. The HR Specialist will focus on general HR responsibilities, including onboarding new hires, employee relations, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
ยท Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and setting them up for success.
ยท Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
ยท Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and other company-provided benefits.
ยท HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate employee records, contracts, and other HR documentation.
ยท Performance Management: Support the performance review process by assisting with evaluations, feedback collection, and tracking employee progress.
ยท Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and initiatives to support employee growth and development.
ยท HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports related to employee satisfaction, benefits utilization, and other relevant metrics.

Qualifications:
ยท Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
ยท At least 2-3 years of experience in a general HR role, with a focus on employee relations and onboarding.
ยท Experience working in the BPO industry is strongly preferred.
ยท Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
ยท Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ยท Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
ยท Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
ยท Strong organizational and time-management skills.
ยท Willingness to work on-site full-time at the temporary location in Mandaluyong and night shifts following Eastern Time.

Preferred Skills:
ยท Experience with HRIS systems.
ยท Certification in Human Resources (e.g., CHRP, SHRM) is a plus.

ยท Full-time position, Monday to Friday, night shift (Eastern Time).
