HR Strategy & People Operations Lead

As our team grows and evolves, we’re looking to bring on a senior addition to the people team. You’ll be responsible for driving excellence across productivity, creativity, experience, learning, community, and connection for a high performing organization that recruits, supports, engages, and retains top and diverse talent. You’ll report into our Head of People and play a critical role in setting the vision and direction of the People function.

• Build and maintain an inclusive, productive, and high performance team culture
• Strategize, design, and implement development programs in the people function to build success on all levels within the organization 
• Develop performance management processes and systems
• Create, update, and document key people processes and policies 
• Drive key cultural initiatives in the diversity, equity, and inclusion domain
• Be a point-of-contact for employee questions regarding benefits, compensation, systems, performance, and more
• Create opportunities for learning and development

• 8+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, and related fields
• Strong experience in wide range of HR program management such as management development, performance amplification, employee relations, talent management, benefits, compensation, and learning & development programs 
• A people-centric mindset, with a passion for building a strong culture and enhancing employee experience
• A belief in our mission and adherence to our values

When creating an offer, we consider interview performance, candidate experience, external market competitiveness, and internal equity in thoughtfully assessing compensation. The expected cash salary range for this role is $180,000-$220,000.
