GENERAL FUNCTION:

This learning opportunity will be focused on entry level Human Resources responsibilities supporting a Human Capital consulting division at the Bank.

This role will provide a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and gain exposure to multiple areas of the Bank throughout various lines of business.

This position provides HR Specialist support to the Retail, Brokerage, Consumer Projects & Delivery, as well as Business Banking divisions of the Bank.

The ideal candidate will be responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with preparation of materials for critical Human Capital Talent Reviews
• Assist in providing output reports, content and data for HR Business Partners to leverage through Human Capital cycles
• Pull standard reports (weekly; monthly; quarterly) and as needed
• Prepare PowerPoint materials for Talent Assessments
• Attend Talent Reviews along with HR Business Partners
• Can act as a liaison to answer questions from the teams as well as guide through transactions
• Supports Retail, Brokerage, Consumer Projects & Delivery, as well as Business Banking

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Currently enrolled in Four-year undergraduate degree program with a local college or university
• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Relevant internships or co-op program experience preferred
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to multitask and be flexible
• Ability to demonstrate initiative
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivot table familiarity a plus)
