Job Description

Then the HR Systems Analyst may be the role for you! You will be responsible for all HR systems from our HRIS to our Recruiting and Training tools and more. You will understand how users interact with the system and lead changes, implement new functionalities and enhancements, address any user experience gaps, and drive operational efficiencies.

Other stuff we like:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering or another related technology field.
- Minimum of 3 years of product management and/or systems experience.
- Strong personal integrity in working with confidential employee information.
- Experience in organizing, planning and executing projects from the envisioning stage through implementation, involving both internal and external personnel.
- Analytical skills with ability to identify problems and opportunities, weigh the relevance and accuracy of information, generate, and evaluate alternative solutions and make recommendations.
- Report writing capabilities.
- Preferred knowledge of the platforms, software, and programs used by Gas South including a functional understanding of one or more of the following: UKG Pro with Time Management, Greenhouse, OrgChartNow, Quantum Workplace, Brainier LMS, Bryq, Vidcruiter, Connect, ServiceNow.
 More details on what you would be responsible for: Â
- Partner with product stakeholders and other leaders on product strategy and execution.
- Identify and implement process improvements to simplify system management.
- Collaborate with other HR staff to plan, modify, and customize HR systems and test new applications and features.
- Consult with HR staff on new system needs such as HRIS, performance management, and compensation tools; find, implement, and own new systems as required.
- Create and maintain HRIS system reporting as requested from our internal customers and external partners.
- Create process guides and materials for HR systems as needed by HRCA team and key users.
- Provide user training and hands-on technical support such as troubleshooting user issues, resetting passwords, managing security access, etc.
- Serve as SME on HR ticket intake system to ensure full and appropriate utilization, liaise with IT for full build out of system and work with HRCA team to document key processes for intake system build.
- Ensure system data is accurately processed and maintained.
- Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Oversee Corporate intranet - Connect – approve changes, manage security access, assist employees, and coordinate with IT on requests.
- Manage vendor relations as appropriate and assigned to ensure efficient execution and utilization of HR systems.
