HR Systems Analyst
Job Description
The HR Systems Analyst plays a crucial role on our Business Systems team. Their primary mission is to collect, structure, analyze and report on People team processes/initiatives and data across the organization. The HRIS Analyst will play a critical role in system administration for our HRIS platforms, automating our processes, and implementing new modules and functionality for our employees.Â
This role reports directly to the Product Owner, Hire to Retire Systems, and partners across the People and Business Systems organizations to help inform and support a variety of strategic initiatives that span from engagement, to talent management, performance management, retention efforts and talent attraction. Â
WHAT YOU’LL DO:Â
- Administer HR technology platforms, including UKG Ready, Culture Amp, and others.
- Provide first-line, tier 1 and tier 2 support for Hire to Retire systems and data requests
- Developing, documenting, and following formal policies, procedures, and protocols for changes, customization, standards, usage, as it relates to our people systems
- Serve as a subject matter expert on our HRIS technologies, data flows, and processes
- Ensure that integrations and data flows are running as expected, automating these where possible
- Assist in configuring and testing HR systems to support new or changing business requirements
- Maintain data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data; audit data and troubleshoot irregularitiesÂ
- Respond to data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing and reporting relevant data from various sources
- Support integrations and troubleshoot feed file issues
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Up to 4 years experience in HRIS, preferably with UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready)
- Strong knowledge of and demonstrated ability with administering enterprise systems: HRIS, ATS, performance and engagement platformsÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or related field
- Experience troubleshooting integrations
- Collaborator with the ability to understand and prioritize the needs of different functionsÂ
- Can address high volume of system-related activities in a timely way, while maintaining a high level of quality and internal customer satisfactionÂ
- Expert in MS Excel
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
