Job Description

We're seeking a data-driven HR Systems and Operations Specialist to join us in our mission to improve human health and quality of life through the development, distribution, and application of advanced computational methods.
As a member of our HR team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining our HR systems, managing data on our 800-plus employees, and recommending operational processes to elevate our HR practices. You will also design and execute HRIS-related initiatives from start to finish, collaborating with teams across the business to solve operational problems and inefficiencies.

What you'll do:
  • Manage our HR systems, including UKG, HRSoft, Culture Amp, and Greenhouse Recruiting and Onboarding
  • Configure processes to support the global business, maintain workflows, and partner with other teams for any integrations with other systems
  • Lead HR data management and ensure data integrity through audits and process controls
  • Work with the onboarding team to help optimize and build out our new Greenhouse onboarding system:
    • Create global onboarding processes by collaborating with office managers in our EU, UK, India, Japan, and US offices
    • Explore and test new system features prior to launch
  • Ensure delivery of timely and accurate reports, analyzing people data and supporting ad hoc requests (employee turnover, EEOC reporting, DEI reporting, etc.)
  • Gather feedback to continue evolving HR systems and processes
  • Assist in identifying, selecting, and building our new HRIS and aid in implementation strategies, including:
    • Administering US benefits, L&D platform, performance management platform, compensation platform, and our succession planning platform
    • Creating training documentation for the HR team, employees and managers
    • Assisting with change management and communications around the new HRIS roll out
    • Aiding in the system integration of Greenhouse Onboarding and the new HRIS
  • Manage relationship with vendors to ensure best utilization of the systems
  • Identify and review process impediments, propose specific solutions, and work with various internal and external teams to implement changes (IT, software vendors, HR, Legal)

What you'll need:
  • Robust background in employee data and HR systems (UKG, HRsoft, Activpayroll, CultureAmp, Greenhouse a plus)
  • Experience working with international teams
  • Familiarity with HR systems implementation preferred
  • Deep understanding of at least one HR functional area
  • Demonstrate collaborative mindset
  • Stakeholder Management, Task Prioritization and Problem Solving competencies
  • Experience with Business Analytics (i.e. Business Objects, etc.) tools and concepts is a plus
