The HR Consultant sits within our HR Shared Services organization. This operations team strives to develop efficient processes, systems and structures in support of each of our HR functions. This role is primarily responsible for supporting and coordinating HRIS and LMS platforms (Workday and Cornerstone) with the HR Technology and People Analytics teams, including but not limited to: basic system configuration and processing, testing and deployment support and ad hoc/standard reporting needs. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with HR partners and advise on processes and procedures in these areas.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Partners and liaisons with HR Technology and People Analytics teams regarding Workday and Cornerstone systems.
- Manages Workday support for key HR annual process cycles such as performance management and talent review.
- Supports Workday and Cornerstone platforms via testing, basic configuration changes, simple processing and general maintenance for all HR Centers of Excellence.
- Supports all ad hoc and standard reporting needs across all HR Centers of Excellence.
- Provides issue resolution and/or coordinates resolution for Workday and Cornerstone platform inquiries.
- Builds and maintains consistent documentation and creation of materials to support Workday and Cornerstone processes and platforms.
- Participates in and supports complex HR projects and ad-hoc requests that may relate to any HR function or additional HR systems
- Establishes strong relationships with HR partners and provides guidance in support of our strategic goals around reporting, HRIS and LMS.
- Advises in the continuous improvement of HR practices, procedures and processes related to HRIS and LMS functionality in support of our human resources organization.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Broad knowledge of HR business functions and specific knowledge related to HR systems and reporting.
- Strong Workday systems support experience. Knowledge of Cornerstone a plus.
- Detail oriented with a high level of organizational skills and ability to manage and complete work in an efficient and thorough manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability prioritize completion of multiple tasks/projects in support of several business partners and leaders.
- Proven ability to resolve complex problems in order to complete tasks.
- Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
- Ability to deliver consistent services utilizing HR work methods to address people, process and technology related issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, HR Systems and other business-related software systems and the use of data reporting technologies.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent.
- Typically, a minimum of four years of related work experience.
