Position Overview:

Become part of an amazing People Operations team at Snap! We’re seeking a skilled HR Systems Manager with a desire to help us continuously improve our people experience. To excel in this role, you will be able to quickly identify problems and set out to solve them. You’ll be a key part of the HR operations team and help us scale the business in size, complexity and for international growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct a team of Analysts to identify, prioritize, and solutions in the Workday System.
  • Alongside the team, configure business processes to meet business needs, find solutions to automate and streamline processes, and manage projects.
  • Create technical configuration, including business process workflow, custom fields, custom validations, custom reports, dashboards, integrations, and security access rights.
  • Lead the design, implementation, or delivery of delivery processes programs, policies, change management, documentation, and quality controls.
  • Identify, design, and document process workflows, data models, system decisions, designs, and procedures.
  • Evaluate and recommend implementation of system upgrades and new feature releases based on Snap’s business needs.
  • Analyze issues and research solutions to initiate corrective actions and do proper follow-ups.
  • Manage and support 3rd party vendor Integrations in partnership with external Workday resources, acting as the project manager for Helpdesk tickets.
  • Function as a main Workday Security Administrator responsible for configuring changes, creating security groups, and create and document proper internal security controls.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience with support and module configuration in Workday in one or more of the following Workday functional areas: HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, and Talent.
  • Workday ERP certifications a plus but not required
  • Ability to communicate technical terms and processes to non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skill
  • A team player with an inclination towards collaboration and partnership
