We are seeking an experienced HR Systems & Operations Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HR Systems to ensure accurate and efficient processing of HR-related data and information. This role will involve collaborating with our global HR team and other stakeholders to upgrade and optimize HR operation solutions.

What you’ll be spending your time on:

  • Manage and administer our HR systems, conduct data audits, validations and keep high integrity and reliability of the data.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to understand and analyze business requirements related to HRIS functionalities.
  • Day-to-day hands-on support and maintenance of Payoneer’s HR systems to streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Provide training and support to HR team and other end users on HR systems functionalities, best practices, and system updates.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure system reliability and data security.
  • Generate and analyze HRIS reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology, and recommend system enhancements or upgrades as needed.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to optimize current and future HRIS modules, features, or functionalities.
  • Maintain documentation of HRIS processes, configurations, and system changes.
  • Support the global HR team with various technical needs.

For this role you need to have:

  • in Industrial Engineering / Information System Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 year of proven experience as system admin of HRIS platforms, such as SAP SuccessFactors-must, Greenhouse, Workday- a major advantage.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong interpersonal and technical support skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including HR professionals, IT teams, and other.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data management principles, and compliance requirements- advantage.
