The HR Systems & People Data Analyst role requires a thorough and quality-focused individual contributor with a keen understanding of data analysis, reporting and HRIS. You will establish and maintain processes and rigor to ensure that delivered dashboards, reports, and analysis are complete and accurate.  Additionally you will be transforming data into actionable reporting and analysis. Can you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, matrixed and dynamic environment, managing both regular deliverables and responding to priority ad-hoc requests?  Our ideal candidate will have experience in delivering human resources-related metrics including headcount, attrition, talent acquisition, demographics, engagement and experience.

Your Impact
  • Perform statistical modeling and analysis of structured and unstructured datasets to develop metrics, reports and visualizations of trends and patterns
  • Work with the organization and business end users to understand data and analysis needs and develop technical requirements
  • Establish and maintain a set of consistent practices to ensure reports are delivered on time with accurate data
  • Maintain all created documentation including requirements, design, and user manuals
  • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, making recommendations for and implementing process and technical improvements
  • Proactively identify and implement scalable and streamlined operational efficiencies (ie: data governance, quality, reporting cadence) to enhance performance and build capacity
  • Manage the delivery of regular reports as well as ad-hoc support requests, tracking request submissions and prioritizing work as needed
  • Responsible for maintenance of HR information systems
  • Maintain internal database files and tables, developing custom reports to meet requirements of Human Resource management and staff
Your Qualifications
  • BA/BS required; Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Human Resources or a related relevant field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in HR Technology, data analytics, data visualization, business intelligence, dashboard development and reporting
  • Highly skilled with Microsoft Excel, including advanced features like Power Query and Pivot Tables
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to educate the organization on the power of the insights found in data
