Job Description:

As an HR Systems Program Manager you'll be results-driven, and strive for optimization, automation, accuracy and be a critical thinker. You will be leading HR Systems Programs from requirements gathering, implementation and testing and will liaison between the various groups within Human Resources. You'll also manage/support a variety of programs, which means you're juggling competing priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as project team member or Subject Matter Expert, as appropriate, for HR technology initiatives
  • Lead project meetings and cultivate relationships with project team members to create an open, transparent environment
  • Develop and lead change management associated with program rollout and ongoing support
  • Manage multiple competing priorities and communicate technical information in clear, easy to understand terms
  • Coordinate and collaborate with HR team members across multiple locations to plan and execute initiatives and projects of all sizes
  • Gather and compile information regarding scope, timeline, tasks and dependencies and develop project plans
  • Ensure decisions, open items, risks, options and recommendations are documented
  • Support and facilitate meetings and written program / project updates with key internal project team members, business stakeholders and leadership through creation of e-mails, decks, and status slides
  • Prepare project / work stream meeting agendas, document meeting outcomes and next steps. Ensure next steps are actioned, following up with key stakeholders, as needed
  • Work under minimal supervision, with latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment
  • Consistently builds and maintains strong business partner relationships, both internally and with external software vendors.


Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of project(s) to ensure alignment and achievement of strategic objectives by reporting on project success criteria, metrics, and activities; creating project plans; providing status reports regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues; communicating across leadership • Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.• Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.• Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 4+ years of experience within Human Resources
  • 3+ years of experience with Program or Project Management
  • 2+ years of experience working with HR Systems
  • Strong MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to advance projects while managing multiple initiatives
  • Experience with data and reporting
  • Proven track record of successfully scoping and defining a project and supporting launch
  • Composed under pressure and puts challenges into perspective while maintaining a positive, solution oriented approach
  • Detail oriented, flexible, and comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
