GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The HR - Talent Management Intern will work with our Human Resources Team to assist with the process of attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining high-performing team members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties involve collaborating with others as well as working independently and may include the following:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or another related filed with a focus of Human Resources preferred.

The HR - Talent Management Intern will work with our Human Resources Team to assist with the process of attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining high-performing team members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties involve collaborating with others as well as working independently and may include the following:
- Partner in early talent initiatives related to Summer Internship Program and Career Fair alignment and recruitment.
- Support and help execute on talent management activities and initiatives, including but not limited to: new team member onboarding, learning opportunities, leadership development, and DEI initiatives.
- Aid in building out program and process documents, job aids and other training materials.
- Focus on reporting and data analysis within the talent team, depending on current data needs. This could include helping build dashboards, LMS or HRIS systems reporting and management, or analyzing talent data.
- Participate in a cross-functional team project.
- Shadow areas across HR to gain exposure to the entire function.
- Performs other related work as assigned

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skill
- Technical experience in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Natural curiosity and high attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- No travel is required in this position

- Data analysis; ability to analyze data, tell a story with data, and build dashboards
