As a HR Talent Partner Consultant, you will provide essential support to the HR team and play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives within the organization. Working closely with senior HR professionals, you will assist in delivering a broad range of HR projects and partnering with various business units to support their human resources needs. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop HR expertise and project management while contributing to the overall success of the organization.

You will:

  • Independently completes design, implementation and monitoring activities for a variety of human resource programs supporting a client group in a small function or a large sub-function. This role will play a major HR business partner role within the Digital and Technology functional business area.

  • Partners with leaders to identify areas for enhancing business performance through strategy, structure, process, people, and rewards.

  • Collaborates with the broader HR team and leaders to deliver talent management strategies, including succession, development and change management.

  • Conducts advanced analytics on employee engagement data and metrics to identify factors improving performance, commitment, and retention.

  • Builds strong partnership with key stakeholders to build, develop and deploy talent strategies while championing the company's purpose and values.

  • Develops plans with leaders to attract, develop and retain talent, leveraging HR reporting capabilities for analysis and solutions.

  • Coaches others to identify and assess talent needs, recommend solutions, and develop effective human resource strategies that enable business results.

  • Reviews and recommends enhancements or improvements to HR programs, taking both HR and business feedback into account.

  • Assist in preparing pitch decks or communications to executives and leaders.

  • Champion company purpose and values with colleagues and leaders.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Previous experience (3-5+years) in HR or a related role is preferred.

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong assessment and analytical skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

  • Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (ideally Workday) is a plus.

Location:

  • Hybrid role: The primary location for this position is Hudson Yards, New York City or Holmdel, NJ, with a work arrangement of on-campus twice a week, WFH flexibility 3 times a week.

Travel:

  • Travel to other core offices as needed (Stamford CT, Bethlehem, PA)

Salary Range$99,190.00 - $162,955.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
