HR Tech Analyst - Senior

Description

Leads human resource management systems activities. Serves as the functional application expert for one or more technologies. Leads change control processes for the area of responsibility and is a key member of the application or regional implementation team for application upgrades, new or changing solutions, and new integrations.

Manages the configuration of human resource applications for enterprise, or region specific requirements in alignment with company design and application standards.

Collaborates with stakeholders on the design of new and changing technology enabled business processes and evaluates the end to end impact.

Maintains functional system documentation for assigned technologies and/or regions including change documentation.

Manages the testing and implementation of new solutions, system patches and enhancements; ensure documentation of issue resolution.

Maintains system security and access administration.

Resolves complex user requests and system issues, leads user training.

Provides human resource systems reporting support for end users.

Human Resources Information Systems Administration - Assesses and defines the design, configurations, testing, and support of Human Resources applications using defined standards to address business needs.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.

Experience

Relevant work experience in Human Resource Information Systems preferred.

  • Work as HR Technologies subject matter expert to resolve current system issues and improve functionalities
  • Hands on experience with Oracle HCM cloud required; Talent Management or Workforce Compensation Module is preferred
  • Experience of upgrading Oracle EBS to HCM cloud is desirable
  • Responsible for support on Level 2 and 3 tickets for complex user requests/questions including mass data loads/updates
  • Act as a liaison between HR end users, technical team and different departments in the company
  • Lead configurations of Oracle HRMS Systems; either EBS or HCM Cloud
  • First point of contact for execution and testing activities related to the implementation of patches, upgrades, regional implementations, enhancements and fixes
  • Manage/Lead moderate to complex enhancements and fixes for the solutions in scope of support, including reports requests
  • Deliver proper documentation of system business flows, technical and functional documentation, as well as end user instructional resources.
  • Audit data to identify patterns or issues and act proactively on identified opportunity areas and issues
  • Plan and conduct system training for updaters/viewers, including report writing, as needed
  • Proficiency in HR processes is required
