What You'll Do
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong techno functional skills in areas of leading global operations and support in HR domain.
If you are hardworking Operations lead with experience in working with team members and delivering enterprise standard Data and integration solutions and handling global operations, this role is for you!
Who You'll Work With
Cisco Digital Enterprise Solutions Workforce PXIT (Hire-to-Retire) is strategic Business process and operational pillar that accelerates Cisco's Success by delivering an outstanding experience through HR solutions, data integrations and reporting. We deliver enterprise standard digital solutions for all HR business processes like Hiring, Learning, Compensation, Time & Absence, Workforce planning, Payroll, Employee Equity, Workforce analytics etc.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide global operational and End-to-End technical support through Operational Excellence, E2E Ownership, Continuous support Improvement and Effective Communication
  • Possess an ability to assess the criticality of situations and resolve efficient path to resolution
  • Responsible for formulating, Organizing and Monitoring the interconnected Operations resources to achieve continuous service delivery goals of the Organization
  • Serve as Point of Operations contact for partners and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC)
  • Drive Operations resources and ensure goals are met in customer satisfaction, quality, compliances, and team member performance.
  • Implementing and leading changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Work with Architecture, Engineering, and Portfolio management to achieve the operations goals.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 - 10 Years' experience of leading complex applications in production environment
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Validated experience in team member management, project management, Agile methodologies, and program management.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including sophisticated Excel and data analysis
  • Understanding HCM and HR Business Process
  • Understanding on Workday Integrations, Data Integration Platforms, API services, RDBMS databases like Oracle, Snowflake, MySQL etc
  • Excellent verbal, and written communication skills
  • Collaborative and open working style with a constructive and positive demeanor
