Technical Product Owner role, resides in IT (Information Technology) organization called Employee Technology and Experiences (ETX) team that enables platform and experiences for our workforce You will build out scalable solutions, seamless experiences in partnership with our HR teams

• The PayPal Enterprise Technology and Experience (ETX) team supports the technologies that power our employees, from Legal to HR, Finance, Corporate Communications, and more.
• You will own the concept, productization, and delivery of the technical solutions. You will partner closely with our HR business team and cross-functional experts responsible for building a great experience. You will assume centralized ownership of best in breed HR applications/tools to set vision and build toward a best-in-class future state.

- You will own the concept, productization, and delivery of the technical solutions improves productivity, drives operational efficiency and scale to support our business growth
- You will partner closely with our HR business team and cross-functional experts responsible for building a great experience. You will assume centralized ownership of best in breed HR applications/tools to set vision and build toward a best-in-class future state.
Your Day-to-day:
• You will take the lead in creating and maintaining HR Technical product roadmaps, backlog and prioritization; accountable for health and quality of the product
• Lead technical product strategy, project execution with minimal assistance as a technical expert
• Bring your project management skills and your ability to juggle in managing multiple projects, drive new processes, platform capabilities, and managing scope, schedule, resources
• You will be required to build and nurture influential partnerships with key stakeholders in the business. Act as a conduit between HR and Technology.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of HR business strategy and priorities, bring industry trends and best practices to enable our HR business functions objectives and goals
What you need to bring:
• 4-6 years of proven track record with Workday HCM implementation, with a focus on Time and absence.
• Proficient in Product management role overseeing all elements of the product development cycle
• Experience in analyzing business and employee needs, recommending, and designing end-to-end solutions, prototype and demo
• Highly flexible, able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to execute well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization.
• Strong understanding of SAAS solution RFP, implementation and ongoing management.
• Experience supporting HR lines of business such as compensation, rewards, operations, benefits, etc.
