Who We're Looking For

The HRBP is a trusted advisor that understands the business, is skilled in monitoring the pulse of the organization, and utilizes available systems, human capital analyses, and key measures to deliver a strategy that meets the needs of the business. This role works in close partnership with assigned leaders and teams to create and implement effective solutions that influence and sustain high levels of employee engagement and productivity to meet business goals. ; Expectation include recommending and implementing process improvements, and generally being the first point of contact for employee touch points.

Some of What You'll Do

Scope of the Role: 

  • Direct Reports: This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Leads or contributes to special projects and initiatives. 

  • Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to affect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. 

  • Assists on employee relations issues and general benefits questions. 

  • Handles HR Interviews and other recruiting/onboarding efforts when needed. 

  • Prepares and maintains data, records, reports, metrics, policies drafts and procedures. 

  • Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals.

 

Experience, Education and Certifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in an HR-related field required; Master’s degree preferred. 

  • 4+ years of experience as a Human Resources professional, preferably in an HR generalist/HRBP capacity. 

  • Experience using HR technology such as Workday. 

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong preference for technology, software, or communications industry background. 

  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to the situation; sense of urgency. 

  • Strong oral, written and communication / presentations skills. 

  • Highly organized and able to work independently when needed
