The HRIS Analyst of Acme Smoked Fish will maintain the integrity and reliability of the organizations HRIS. The HRIS Analyst is responsible for standard and adhoc reporting, data administration, and system efficiency. The HRIS Analyst serves as a technical expert and provides data driven recommendations to enable organizational goals.

Job Description
The HRIS Analyst of Acme Smoked Fish will maintain the integrity and reliability of the organizations HRIS. The HRIS Analyst is responsible for standard and adhoc reporting, data administration, and system efficiency. The HRIS Analyst serves as a technical expert and provides data driven recommendations to enable organizational goals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain data integrity within HRIS, including organizational, payroll, and employee data.
- Oversee completion of new hire paperwork including I-9 verification and file maintenance.
- Complete employee status changes including promotions, leave of absence, and terminations within HRIS.
- Prepare standard monthly HR reports including headcount, attrition, and labor costs.
- Collaborate with HR team and organizational leadership to develop custom data analytics dashboards and reports.
- Review monthly Paycom updates. Collaborate with HR functional leader to identify potential impacts to current process, test new features, and recommend best practice solutions.
- Collaborate with Learning and Development Program Administrator to document HR processes and develop HRIS training as necessary.
- Assess system utilization; identify and recommend areas of improvement to maximize value and efficiency of HRIS.
- Maintain user and data security within HRIS.
- Audit and reconcile HR invoices.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Your Profile
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in human resources, information technology, or related field required.
- At least three years of HRIS database administration required; Paycom experience preferred.
- SHRM-CP or PHR a plus.

- Ability to keep information confidential.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Thorough understanding of functional analysis and system design.
- Completion of training programs as assigned and/or required including standard of work.
