Job Description:

The HRIS Analyst I will support the HRIS Architect and HRIS Manager with administration of one or more HR systems within RaceTrac and provide support to all system end-users and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily functional support of key HR systems, including but not limited to Workday, time-tracking system and learning management system
  • Manage issues reported to the HRIS help ticket queue and provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology assistance and escalation management
  • Support major Workday releases by researching and testing new functionality, as well as performing regression testing
  • Support the development, configuration testing, and implementation of new projects and enhancement
  • Build and maintain business process/design documentation for HR end users
  • Assist HRIS team members with creation of reports to support day to day business needs
  • Assist with data cleanup on a consistent basis including, but not limited to, pay and staffing corrections, supervisory organization clean up and org assignment corrections
  • Utilize Workday resources such as Community and User Forums to proactively brainstorm and research solutions for backlog items and common pain points


Responsibilities:
  • Provides production and end user support for all HR systems-related needs.
  • Provides project management support across all HR functions as needed; this includes coordinating with HR and other cross-functional team members to meet project goals and objectives as well as creating and owning project documentation.


Qualifications:

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in Workday or other HR system
  • Experience with simple Workday or HR systems business process configuration and reporting
  • Outstanding follow-through and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbally
  • Ability to use metrics and data analysis to identify and resolve issues
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team
  • Advanced/Expert proficiency with Excel
