Purpose of Position:

Under general direction, this position serves as a point of contact to key HR stakeholders and Centers of Excellence to design, implement and troubleshoot Workday HRIS. This role will be responsible for working in a technical capacity to translate business needs to system specifications, working promote automation, data integrity, system efficiencies, and reporting outputs. The HRIS Analyst will participate in a variety of system upgrades, patches, process management/documentation, troubleshooting, testing and other duties as needed or assigned.

Nature and Scope:

This position reports to HRIS Manager

Major Job Functions and Tasks:

• Respond/troubleshoot HCM related Workday tickets/cases for tiers I & II• Analysis of incoming inquires to develop recommendations for process improvements and/or training/retraining to mitigate case volume• Assists HRIS Manager with Project Management of HRIS projects, initiatives and implementations, with the ability to take the lead technically on HRIS projects• Develop testing scripts, and scenarios for UAT, E2E and regression testing for HRIS Projects, Fixes, Upgrades, Implementations, etc.• Analyze and upgrade process for efficiencies, end user experience, UI experience, etc. • Assists with incoming requests for reporting - including matrix reporting, dashboarding & data visualizations• Maintenance and configuration of business processes - requiring knowledge of BP configuration, step conditions, rule based definitions, etc.• Manage testing and deployment of features within Workday's bi-annual release• Conduct intake meetings to develop specifications for project requirements, etc.• Assist with global system administration, in HCM, and at least 2 more of the following Workday modules - Benefits (US), Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking and Advanced Compensation, Integration and EIB's, etc.• Ability to load EIB's, monitor status of ongoing integrations etc.• Work with vendors to handle escalated issues within Workday - Implementing Partners and Workday support• Recommend and implement policies on reporting standards and offer technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity• Partner with HRIS team and HR Stakeholders to deliver in Workday HCM system related projects, including system releases/upgrades, enhancement packages, new functionalities and process redesign• Develop and presents HR Technology related communications and training• Maintain existing configuration of business processes, objects, etc. associated with specific Workday functionality• Assists with design and process development to ensure country-specific compliance to local regulatory standards

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed:• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required• 2-4 years of Technical Workday experience - must include experience that would be typical of Administrator access - including configuring business processes, security policies, routing, calculated fields and condition rules; creating and maintaining reports; • Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes and data• Workday Pro Certifications, preferred• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.• Ability to work effectively with business partners in other parts of the organization, including IT, Finance, etc.• Experience with Global Organizations a plus
