HRIS Analyst

BASIC PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this position is to analyze, design and maintain company Human Capital Management (HCM) System and assist in identifying new HR related system needs.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides first level technical configuration of specific modules within HCM Systems, including but not limited to Recruiting, Succession, Performance, Compensation, Learning and Analytics
• Maintains user security roles for HCM System
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between key stakeholders within the organization, and HR/IT
• Direct the business process analysis, creation of business requirements documents, and testing for projects, upgrades and all system changes
• Primary point of contact overseeing HCM System and supporting systems
• Assist in development of standard reports, analysis and data audits
• Provides escalated application support and provides technical end user guidance as needed
• Other duties assigned as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Education:
  • • HS Diploma or equivalent required
    • Degree in Human Resource or Information Technology, or related experience preferred
• Experience:
  • 2-4 years of experience with HR (HCM) systems preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience with end-user support, system analysis, and project management preferred

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Hard Skills:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of HRIS systems.
• Experience with SuccessFactors/SAP a plus

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to follow up, multi-task and prioritize while managing a continuous stream of work, ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.

      • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
    • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
