Empath Health, a mission-oriented non-profit full life care organization in Southwest Florida, is seeking a HRIS Analyst

The HRIS Analyst responsibilities include:

Responsibility for managing and maintaining the integrity and reliability of the HRIS

Ensuring applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the human resources department.

Maintenance of the overall database integrity and quality, including routine data improvement, data auditing, security and code value management, system checks, and database functions.

Preparation of reports and analytics using various report writers to assist managers and human resource staff in viewing data daily, weekly, and monthly. Produces simple to complex ad hoc reports.

Qualifications include:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field from a 4 year college or university, preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of software experience preferred.

Healthcare, UKG and HRIS report writing experience preferred.

An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered as meeting the Education/Professional requirements.
