HRIS Analyst
Job Description
What You'll Do
The HRIS Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert on UKG Pro and maintain the integrity and reliability of HR systems, ensuring applications meet the needs and requirements of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with HR and other departments to understand their HR information needs, streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and automate manual tasks.
- Identifies and recommends improvements to HR systems such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the HRIS. Documents HRIS processes and procedures.
- Uses a holistic approach to HR systems projects and process improvements that combines technical expertise, effective project management, and a people-centric mindset.
- Resolve application issues to ensure smooth operations. Investigates and uncovers root causes of problems or issues and provides methodologies for solutions.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
- Support system upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects.
- Analyze data using statistical methods.
- Prepares, generates, and automates reports to meet business needs using UKG People Analytics/Business Intelligence.
You Should Have:
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Initiative-taking with the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Thorough and highly technical understanding of UKG Pro.
- Proven work experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Cognos.
- Experience with data visualization, statistical analysis, and the ability to query databases to extract relevant data.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resource management, information technology, or related field required.
- 5+ years of related experience with UKG Pro is required.
- 5+ years of people analytics experience is preferred.

While this is the targeted range, final offer amounts will depend on a variety of factors, including the candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, and their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
