Job Description Summary

Performs analysis of the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Workday and assists in supporting, training, and resolving HR issues with the proper system improvements and technology. Reviewing historical Workday data and assisting in identifying improvements areas to make Workday more efficient and increase value proposition. Maintaining the consistency and integrity of the HRIS through oversight and problem resolution.

Job Description

  • Provide Workday training and support to end-users across the globe
  • Provide general support of HR system through testing, researching, problem analysis, audit, and maintenance
  • Provide support to enhance core HR systems, data analysis, reporting, audit, testing, and implementation while managing ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects to meet deadlines
  • Execute test scripts for testing of new data elements and releases; documents and analyzes test results
  • Develop system and process documentation to support the communication of any new process or implementation and to support user training
  • Perform routine data quality checks and audits to identify data problems and reports
  • Work with and analyze data from multiple sources and systems
  • Analyze and compare historical HR data from multiple systems and makes recommendations to appropriate stakeholders
  • Provide support on projects and may lead and implement a segment of a larger HRIS project including testing and documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Education

  • Bachelor's degree or in progress preferred.
  • Must be able to work flexibly across different global time zones a times.
  • High level analytic experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Maturity, discretion and experience dealing with highly confidential information
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • An interest in joining a growing organization and a willingness to collaborate and assist whenever, wherever
