We are searching for a driven, savvy, and well-organized individual to join us as the HRIS Analyst. This position will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Workday HCM and other People modules within the Workday ecosystem. They will serve as a point of contact and subject matter expert for Workday support. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also supports upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitors the daily operation and performance of Workday and escalates performance issues as necessary.
- Diagnoses and resolves issues (end-user, business process, security, etc.), utilizing resources such as Workday Community to drive resolutions and identify root cause.
- Participates in the ongoing design, configuration, testing, deployment, change management, and maintenance of Workday changes / issues / enhancements.
- Develops and maintains simple to reasonably complex reports, working with functional teams to understand and interpret the information.
- Runs and distributes scheduled reports and supports business requests for ad hoc report generation.
- Supports maintenance of inbound / outbound Workday HCM integrations to third party vendors including payroll and benefits providers.
- Tracks all bug fixes, enhancements, and requests through Jira for review by Bungie’s Workday Governance Committees.
- Performs data uploads into Workday as needed (EIB).
- Maintains training and procedure documentation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience with Workday configuration and administration.
- Experience and knowledge of Workday HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, Learning, and Benefits.
- Basic knowledge of Workday domains, data structures, business processes, and reporting functional areas (e.g. within Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Benefits and Payroll).
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to consult with stakeholders and identify metrics and interpretation needed in deliverables.
- Self-motivated with a focus on driving results and strong sense of accountability.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Proficiency in Workday reporting tools.
- Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation, Headcount Reconciliation, Prism, and/or integrations.
- Completed Workday training / accreditation.
